We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for all refurbished phones. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

2. Return Conditions

The device must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, original box, and warranty card. Any signs of usage damage or missing accessories may lead to a partial refund.

3. Refund Timeline

• UPI Payments: 2-4 business days after QC approval.
• Card Payments: 5-7 business days as per bank norms.
• COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 48 hours of QC.
